摘要
针对真空实型铸造用涂料透气性的特点，提出了负压吸附涂料片的测试方法和数学表达式Ｋ＝２（Ｐｅ－Ｐｂ）ｈｖ／〔（Ｐ０－Ｐｅ）（Ｐ０－Ｐｂ）Ａｔｅ〕，涂料透气性的量纲为ｃｍ２／（Ｐａｍｉｎ）。试验表明，该方法简单易行，所测数据稳定，且对透气性变化敏感。笔者就涂料组成对透气性的影响也进行了试验和分析。
Based on the feature of the coating permeability for EPC,a test method and mathematical expression for coating sample have been established.The results showed that the permeability value of the coating measured by this method is stable for one coating,but sensitive for different permeability.For fixed particle size of refractories in coating,the effect of binder on the permeability of coating is remarkable,the ingredient of coating for EPC to achieve better permeability is as follow:silica flour 100%,emulsion 3%,bentonite 3%,washing powder 0 1% and isopropanol 0 1%.
