摘要
采用红外光谱法等分析测试手段对呋喃树脂在硬化反应前后的结构变化进行了系统研究。结果表明,酸硬化条件下呋喃环的反应以非氧化破裂为主要形式,并通过羟基之间的缩聚反应和C=C双键的加成反应进一步聚合成立体结构,从而使树脂砂芯具有强度。
The structure changing before and after hardening reaction of faran resin was systematically investigated using infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that,in acid catalyzing condition,furan rings mainly proceed non oxidizing cleavage reaction and then further polymerized into 3 dimensional structure through the condensation of OH groups and the addition reaction of C=C double bonds,achieving certain strength for the resin sand cores.
