摘要
研究了BNi-2钎焊条真空吸铸原理,并由试验得出:当BNi-2合金加热到1500℃,真空控制阀门开口为Φ6mm以上,真空度50KPa,铸型预热温度500℃,并用Φ内2mm×500mm石英管进行真空吸铸时,吸铸高度可达到40cm以上。
Technological principle of the suction casting for BNi-2 filler rod has been studied The experimental results show that the suction casting process of BNi-2 filler rod is that when BNi-2 alloy is heated to 1500℃, the calibre size of vacuum value is more than Φ6mm, the vacuum is 50kPaand the preheat temperature of mould is 500℃, more than 400mm in height of suction casting can be reached with quartz glass tube of Φ2mm×500mm
