血浆脂联素抗动脉粥样硬化作用的研究

摘要 目的探讨动脉粥样硬化患者和健康人之间的血浆脂联素水平变化对动脉粥样硬化患者的影响。方法酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定58例动脉粥样硬化患者和50例健康人对照的血浆脂联素水平。结果动脉粥样硬化组与健康人对照组相比,动脉粥样硬化患者血浆脂联素水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论血浆脂联素有抗动脉粥样硬化作用,通过提高血浆脂联素水平可作为治疗动脉粥样硬化的一个新思路。
