摘要 论述了应用瞬态动力学计算轴系强制扭转振动的方法,以某发动机为例,计算其临界转速下的共振振幅及曲轴系统各轴段的扭振附加应力,并进一步计算了在不同转速工况下的主谐次振幅和轴段扭振最大应力,计算值和试验数据比较表明了该方法的可行性。 The transient dynamic method, which can calculate the crankshaft system forced vibration is introduced. An engine is taken as an example to study the resonance amplitude under critical speed as well as torsional vibration subsidiary stress of different part of its crankshaft. Moreover, resonance amplitude of main orders and the maximum stress of torsional vibration are calculated. Comparison between calculation results and experimental results verified that this method is feasible.
