摘要 阐述为研制新型柴油机防爆阀,开展防爆阀防爆功能试验研究,开发的一套由计算机数据采集系统控制的防爆阀爆炸试验装置,论述试验装置的功能、原理和设备,重点介绍装置运行控制系统和数据采集分析系统。该试验装置使用方便可靠,人机操作界面友好,可以远程进行运行操控及数据采集,满足防爆阀型式试验要求及最新船规要求。 In order to develop new types of explosion relieve valves, a new experimental plant for explosion relief valve of diesel engine was developed, which was controlled by data acquisition system. Its functions, operation principles and facilities are introduced, with the focus on operation control system and data acquisition and analysis system. The experimental plant features easy and reliable control, friendly operation interface as well as remote control and data acquisition. It meets the requirements for type test and the latest regulations of classification societies.
