Short Message Service Platform Based on Satellite Communication

随着移动通信技术的迅速发展,作为移动通信的一种重要增值业务的SMS(短消息服务)也得到了迅速发展。介绍了基于GSMAT命令和基于SMPP/CMPP协议2种短消息服务平台组建方法,提出适合岸/船短消息服务平台的设计方案,这一方案为远洋船舶解决岸船通信困难的问题提供了一种经济有效的解决途径。给出了该应用系统的具体实现方法。

With the rapid development of the Mobile Communications technology, SMS （ Short Message Service）, an important value- added business, has also rapidly developed. This paper introduces two construction approaches of short message service platform based on GSM AT command or SMPP/CMPP, and then discusses the design of the Shore/Ship short message service platform, which provides an effective solution to the difficulty of Shore/Ship communications. Finally, the implementation method of this application system is presented.
