摘要
高技术产业技术标准联盟治理模式的选择包括治理结构的设计与治理机制的确定。本文以AVS联盟作为具体研究对象,首先分析高技术产业技术标准联盟契约型治理结构,从交易成本理论、资源依存理论与社会网络理论等角度系统地分析和解释技术标准联盟选择契约型治理结构的优越性。然后分析高技术产业技术标准联盟治理机制,包括谈判协商机制、决策机制、声誉信任机制和知识产权信息披露机制。
The governance mode of the technology standard alliance in the high - tech industry includes governance structure and governance mechanism. Regarding the AVS alliance as the case research object, the necessary choice of the contractual governance structure for the technology standard consortium is analyzed from the cost saving, the value creation and the social relationship respectively; and then the governance mechanisms of the technology standard alliance are explored, the machanisms include negotiation mechanism, the decision -making mechanism, the fame and trust mechanism, and the intellectual property information disclosing mechanism.
