制造业信息化环境下人-信息系统交互效率影响因素的因子分析 被引量:5

摘要 用理论分析、观察、访谈、实验与问卷相结合的方法挖掘了制造业信息化环境下人-信息系统交互效率的55个影响因素。用多元统计中的因子分析法,通过方差最大化旋转对55个影响因素进行降维,提取了能充分反映55个影响因素的15个主要影响因子:心理因子、生理因子、工作能力因子、个体差异因子、系统功能因子、系统速度因子、系统界面因子、任务难易度因子、任务明确性因子、企业文化因子、激励因子、组织结构因子、匹配因子、工作资源环境因子、物理环境因子。 Based on the theoretical analysis, observation, interview, experiment, and questionnaires, 55 influence factors of human - information system interactive efficiency are excavated within manufacturing computerization environment. According to the variance maximization of the multivariate statistical analysis method, 15 major influential factor which able to fully reflect 55 influences factors are picked up, namely, psychological factor, physiological factor, working ability factor, individual difference factor, system function factor, system speed factor, system surface factor, duty difficulty factor, unambiguous duty factor, enterprise culture factor, drive factor, organizational structure factor, match factor, work resources environment factor, and physical environment factor.
