摘要
目的:探讨四君子汤、六味地黄汤对环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫抑制的拮抗作用机理。方法:采用体重20g左右的ICR纯种小鼠32只,随机分成正常组、环磷酰胺组、四君子汤和六味地黄汤两个用药组,连续给药10天后,进行脾指数、脾细胞凋亡率和胸腺细胞周期测定。结果:环磷酰胺能明显降低小鼠脾指数,抑制胸腺细胞增殖,诱导脾细胞凋亡,而四君子汤和六味地黄汤能显著提高脾指数,促进胸腺细胞增殖及抑制脾细胞凋亡。结论:四君子汤和六味地黄汤能拮抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用,提高机体的免疫功能。
Objective: To study the antagonistic mechanism of Sijunzi Decoction and Liuweidihuang Decoction to cyclophosphamide-induced mice immune depression. Methods: Thirty-two ICR mice with weight about 20g were selected and randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, cyclophosphamide (CP) group, Sijunzi Decoction group and Liuweidihuang Decoction group, The latter three groups were treated with relevant drugs for 10 days. Then the four groups above were detected spleen index, spleen cell apoptosis and Thymus cell cycle. Results: CP could obviously decrease the spleen index, inhibit thymus cell multiplication and promote the spleen cell apoptosis. On the contrary, Sijunzi Decoction and Liuweidihuang Decoction could obviously increase the spleen index, promote thymus cells multiplication and inhibit spleen cell apoptosis. Conclusion: Sijunzi Decoction and Liuweidihuang Decoction can promote the immune function of mice through antagonizing immune depression induced by CP.
