摘要
在20℃和30℃下,用热动力学面积差法(两点法)研究了极性聚合物(聚乙二醇)、CATB阳离子表面活性剂及其混合胶束对乙酸乙酯皂化反应的影响;在30℃下研究了短链醇(乙醇)与SDS阴离子表面活性剂混合胶束对正丙酸乙酯皂化反应的影响.结果表明:单一和混合胶束对正脂肪酸乙酯的皂化反应有较强的禁阻作用.
The effects of single (CTAB、SDS) and mixed micelles (PEG/CTAB,ethanol/SDS) on the saponification of ethyl acetate and normal ethyl propionate has been studied of 20 and 30℃ with the method of difference of thermogram area of thermokinetics (two point method).The results indicate that the single and mixed micelles exhibit strong inhibition on the saponification of esters.The reasons of inhibition have been discussed.
