摘要
用PAGE结合同工酶染色测定四大类微生物淀粉酶同工酶的相对迁移率(RF),同时用微量法测定相应淀粉酶的热稳定性.结果显示。
By PAG electrophoresis and the enzymic analysis,the relation between the electrophoretogram and the thermostability of microbial amylases was studied.The results showed that the amylases with lower RF(larger molecules) had higher thermostability.
