摘要 利用光纤探针测量了布置在弯头后的煤粉分配器内的颗粒分布特性和煤粉分配器的分配特性。实验测量了煤粉分配器内和出口不同截面气固两相流颗粒浓度分布,得出各截面浓度分布规律、扩散和衰减规律。由于弯头的影响导致煤粉分配器的分配特性发生变化,特别是弯头与分配器布置在同一平面时,弯头对分配器的影响非常严重。 The distribution performance of a splitter located after an elbow has been experimentally investigated using a fiber optic measurement system in a continuous-two-phase-flow loop with internal diameter of 150 mm. The local solid concentration and particle size distributions in the splitter and its downstream are measured using a fiber optic probe to investigate the roping phenomena after the elbow and its effects on the splitter. Measurement results indicate that the roping phenomena have great effects on the performance of the splitter, especially in the case that two outlet pipes of the splitter and the elbow are in the same plane. The closer the splitter locates after the elbow, the more serious un-uniform solid distribution is found.
