摘要
在一般光度测定中,所测吸光度均未考虑仪器色散、狭缝宽度、象差、线曲率等因素的影响,因此测定结果均偏离了真正的吸收光谱强度。
In common absorptiometry, The measurement of the intensity of light absorbed always deviates from the true value Becaue the influences of the instrument dispersion、slit width、aberration、linear curvature etc are not taken into accout for the absorbance In this paper, the true integrated intensity of light absorbed and the intensity of absorption at the peak height are calculated by using the equation proposed by Ramsay
