引起烟草严重病害的五种病毒的酶联免疫及免疫电镜鉴定

THE FIVE VIRUSES WHICH CAUSED TOBACOO DISEASES WERE DETECTED BY ELISA AND IMMUNE-ELECTROMICSCOPE METHODS

本文对田间几种较严重病毒病害进行了酶联免疫，免疫电镜鉴定。在免疫电镜中，我们分别观察到ＰＶＸ、ＰＶＹ、ＴＭＶ、ＴＥＶ病毒粒体及其上的套环结构。ＴＭＶ大小为２９０－３００×２０ｎｍ，ＴＥＶ大小为２３×７００ｎｍ，ＰＶＸ大小为２５×２００ｎｍ，ＰＶＹ大小为１５×４００ｎｍ。我们未发现ＣＭＶ病毒粒体。

We reeported that five main tobacoo viral dieases and another unknown virus were detected from the samples which were from five counties in Yunnan province with ELISA and immune-electromicroscope methods In immune-electroscope observation, the viral particles and their envelope structures were clearly seen TME is 290-300X20nm; TEV is 700X23nm; PVX is 200X25nm and PVY is 400X15nm, but CMV particle was not seen
