摘要
低温下的致密化一直是影响LaCrO3连接材料使用的主要问题。采用非化学计量比的组分,掺杂,添加烧结助剂及采用新型烧结手段可以降低LaCrO3的致密化温度。掺杂元素、气氛和温度等都会对LaCrO3的电导率、热膨胀系数产生较大的影响,从而影响LaCrO3的使用性能。对LaCrO3连接材料的研究进展进行了综述。
The densification of LaCrO3 connecting material at low temperature was the main problem to limit its utilization. Many approaches were employed to decrease the densification temperature of LaCrO3, including adopting nonstoichiometric chemical composition, doping, addition of sintered additives, employing new sintered techniques. The doped dements, atmosphere and temperature at its operation condition had strong effects on the conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient, thus affecting the practical performance of LaCrO3. The research progress in LaCrO3 connecting material was reviewed.
