摘要
目的:通过对126所二级以上医院进行人力资源工时测定,探索一种操作性较强的护理工时的测算方法。方法:采用观察法,通过课题组确定要观测的直接和间接护理项目,记录实践中测定项目所用时间,得出护士工作量及平均工时。结果:测定出了课题组所确定的直接和间接护理项目的平均工时,以及总结出一种可操作的工时测量的方法。结论:建议医院相关部门通过对护理工时的测量,来了解所需要的护理人力,为配置护理人力资源提供客观数据支持。
Objective: To explore an operative nursing working hour measuring method by measuring working hour in 126 secondary level hospitals, Methods: The research group identified direct nursing items and indirect nursing iterrts and working hour of these items were measured by observation. The workload of nurses and average working hour were calculated. Results: The average working hour of direct and indirect nursing items were measured and the operative method of measuring working hour was found. Conclusion: Hospital managers should measure nursing working hour in order to identify the required nursing manpower and schedule the nursing human resources.
