摘要
护理人力资源的合理应用,是新形势下护理管理面临的一项重要课题。该院在护理人力资源配置不足的情况下,通过优化护理人力资源,提升整体护理队伍素质,分层次使用护理人员,增强护理队伍整体功能,明确护理岗位的内涵,增强护理队伍的稳定性,科学使用护理人力资源,挖掘护理人员自身潜力,在医院业务量增加而在编护理人员数量未增加的情况下,各项护理服务指标达到优良水平。
Allocation of nursing human resource rationally wasan important issues for nursing managers in new situation. With the short of our nursing human resource, we optimized nursing human resource, enhanced the quality of nurses, used nurses accord- hag to different levels, increased the whole function of nursing, identified nursing posts, enhanced nurses stability, exploited nurses' potentialities, and used nurses scientifically. By doing so, our nursing service was excellent as the workload increased and the number of nurses did not increase.
