摘要
二元光学作为一门新兴的学科分支正受到人们的广泛关注,本文主要介绍二元光学的基本原理及二元光学元件的设计加工工艺过程,并总结了近十年来二元光学在理论设计、制作工艺和应用等方面进展情况.
As a new and developing branch of learning, binary optics is attracting more and more attention. The primary concern of this paper is to give a general introduction to binary optics as well as the design and technological processing of binary optical elements. The development of this subject in theory, manufacture technology and its application is also summarized.
