粉末冶金凸轮与轴管液力连接应力应变分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用三维有限元模拟方法对粉末凸轮和轴管液力连接过程中凸轮的等效应力、环向应力分布规律进行了研究,分析了凸轮的环向应变分布规律.采用液力连接技术进行了粉末冶金凸轮和轴管的单元胀接实验,实验过程中测量了凸轮表面的环向应变,并与有限元模拟结果进行对比,证实了模拟模型是可靠的.结果揭示了粉末冶金凸轮和轴管的液力连接过程应力分布的不均匀性及其对凸轮变形的影响,为采用粉末冶金凸轮制造组合式空心凸轮轴提供了理论指导. Three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element model was set up to study the hydro-joining process for P/M cam and tube. The distribution of the equivalent stress and residual contact pressure along axis and circumference direction were studied. The hoop strain distribution in the cam was analyzed after unloading. The hydro-joining experiment for P/M cam and steel tube were carried out and the hoop strain was measured during experiments. The comparison between the simulation model. The non-uniformity of the stress revealed as theoretical guidance for manufacturing experiments and simulations verified the reliability of the and the distortion of the cam profile induced by stress are assembled hollow camshaft with P/M cam.
