基于极坐标查询表的数字预失真技术 被引量:3

摘要 在通信系统中,高功率放大器因为其非线性的特性,导致产生频谱再生和邻道干扰。因而需要采用线性技术来克服这一问题,预失真技术是一种广泛使用的线性化技术,而数字预失真逐渐成为研究的热点。本文系统地介绍了基于极坐标查找表法的数字预失真技术,从理论上介绍了数字预失真的线性化原理,并分析了此技术查询表的索引方式和自适应刷新算法。最后采用ADS软件对整个系统进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,该技术可达到20dB的三阶交调压缩性能,证明此预失真技术对线性化确实有很大的改善。 In communication systems, the nonlinearity of high power amplifier (HPA) always cause spectral spreading and adjacent channel interference, so linearization technique is needed to solve this problem. Digital predistortion technology is widely used linearization technique, which is becoming a hot spot in linearization technique fields. The main studying of this paper is LUT method for digital predistortion technology. We introduce the theoretical principle of digital predistortion linearization technique, analyze the practical implementation and adaptive refresh algorithms. Finally ADS soft is used to simulate the whole system, and the simulation result shows this technology can get 20 dB IMD3 suppression,which proves that the digital predistortion have improve linear a lot.
