摘要
基于压电复合材料的串并联理论以及等效参数理论,推导了3-2型压电复合材料的等效性能参数的计算公式,并针对PZT5/环氧树脂618构成的3-2型复合材料,将计算值与实验结果进行了比较,对理论公式进行了验证,结果表明二者吻合较好。应用理论公式对3-2型压电复合材料的压电性能进行了分析,得出3-2型压电复合材料比1-3型压电复合材料具有更高的静水压压电常数,同时确定了3-2型复合材料中压电陶瓷体积百分比的优选范围。
Based on Newhnam's series and parallel theory and the equivalent theory, this paper deduces the formulas to calculate the equivalent parameters of 3-2 piezoelectric composite. Those formulas have been checked by the experiment data of 3-2 PZTSA/polymer-618 piezoelectric composites. It shows a good agreement between experimental results and the calculation. Performance parameters of 3-2 composite have been calculated by the formulas. The calculation results predict that 3-2 composite with small volume fractions has higher hydrostatic piezoelectric properties dh than 1-3 piezoelectric composite. By using those formulas for composite compound design, the optimization range of the volume fraction of PZT has been given.
