摘要
Hox基因是一类特殊的转录调节因子,其表达蛋白通过序列特异性DNA结合活性,调控胚胎的发育和细胞的生长及分化。近年来研究发现Hox基因异常表达与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。本文综述有关Hox基因的结构、调控及其在肿瘤发生发展中作用等方面的研究进展。
As a special kind of transcription factor, Hox gene and its expressor play important roles in controlling the embryonic development, cellular growth and differentiation using their specific DNA binding activity. Present studies have showed there is a close relationship between Hox gene and tumor genesis. This article reviews the advances in the research on the structure of Hox gene and correlation between Hox gene and tumor genesis.
