Class Construction from Viewpoint of Learning-oriented Organization

建设学习型班级是创建优良班风、学风、校风,全面推进素质教育、构建和谐校园的重要途径。文章通过对学习、组织学习、学习型组织等相关理论的比较研究,分析了学习型班集体的典型特征、结构与创建途径,探究了学习型班级建设的要求与方法。

The construction of learning-oriented class is an important way to establish a good atmosphere among classes, schools and the styles of learning. It can also fully promote quality-oriented education and construct harmonious campus. Based on the comparative study of the relevant theories on learning, organized learning and learning-oriented organization, this paper analyzes the typical characters, structures and set-up way of learning-oriented class, and discusses some requirements and methods in the construction of learning-oriented classes.
