高校是学术性的社会组织,追求真理、创新知识、服务社会是高校学术发展的根本目的。因此,高校学术评价应定位于学术性,以提高学术质量、促进学术发展为根本价值导向。但由于高校发展过程中的利益驱动以及行政权力介入学术评价过程,使高校学术评价陷入了功利性价值导向的误区。当务之急是树立学术评价的学术性理念,并通过制度创新实现高校学术评价的客观、公正与有效运行。
