摘要
提出了一个分析热塑性增强复合材料在纤维缠绕成型过程中的残余应力分析模型。为了减少实际过程中各种现象和因素所带来的非线性影响,该模型由4个子模型构成,包括热、纤维沉降、基体粘性和应力应变子模型。并采用GF/PP进行了试验,与理论计算结果进行了对比分析。
A residual stress analysis model of thermoplastic reinforced composite materials in filament winding process is advanced. In order to reduce the nonlinear influences of the factors in the actual manufacturing process, the model is divided into 4 submodels: thermal, fiber motion, substance viscosity and stress-strain submodel. Theological analysis is made and the results are analyzed with the experiments by GF/PP.
