广西性病门诊泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染状况及基因分型研究 被引量:8

摘要 泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体(chlamydia trachbomatis,CT)的感染是世界范围内最常见的性传播疾病(sexually transmitted diseases,STD)之一。CT感染后会产生一些严重的后遗症,在女性中会出现输卵管源性的不孕、异位妊娠和盆腔炎,并且还是宫颈鳞状细胞癌的潜在危险因素;在男性中会发生附睾炎等。目前沙眼衣原体有19种血清型:A、B、Ba和C型引起沙眼;D、Da、E、F、G、Ga、H、I、Ia、J和K型主要为泌尿生殖道感染;L1、L2、L2a和L3型引起性病性淋巴肉芽肿。
