摘要
MgO-B2O3-SiO2三元系1000℃时,35%≤MgO%<60%组成范围内平衡相均为固相,其相关系可由Mg3B2O6-Mg2SiO4-Mg2B2O5,Mg2B2O5-Mg2SiO4-MgSiO3,Mg2B2O5-Mg-SiO3-SiO2三个结线三角形表示.各平衡相量之间关系可应用XRD定量相分析或重心规则计算.
The equilibrium phases coexists in solid state when the composition of MgO in the ternary MgO B 2O 3 SiO 2 is in the range of 35% to 60%. The phase relations can be indicated by three triangles,Mg 3B 2O 6 Mg 2SiO 4 Mg 2B 2O 5,Mg 2B 2O 5 Mg 2SiO 4 MgSiO 3,Mg 2B 2O 5 MgSiO 3 SiO 2. The quantitative relations of the equilibrium phases of different composition in the ternary regions can be calculated by the principle of centra of gravity or by the XRD quantified phase analysis.
