摘要 RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是新近发现的一种重要的转录后基因沉默现象,RNAi技术已成为基因功能研究中不可缺少的工具,为治疗病毒感染、肿瘤带来了新的希望。子宫内膜癌是一种严重影响妇女身心健康的恶性肿瘤。血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是迄今鉴定出来的最重要的血管生成因子,其在恶性肿瘤的发生、发展及预后中具有极其重要的地位,
