摘要
研究了变形Fe-P-N合金的内耗和沉淀,发现含置换元素磷的三元系铁的hhSKK/hS比值不是给定值,而是磷含量的函数.在cN≤0.003质量百分数%,cP≤0.064质量百分数%时,存在关系式hhSKK/hS=K1c(-2/3)P+K2,截距K2产生的原因是由于固溶合金基体中存在磷原子对和气团.
The internal friction and precipitates in the deformed Fe P N alloys have been studied. It is found that for the trinary iron containing phosphorous of substitutional element,the ratio h SKK / h S is not a given value,but a function of phorphorous content,and under the experimental conditions of the N content <0 003% and the P content <0 064%,there exists a relationship: h SKK / h S =K 1 c P -2/3 + K 2 . It is pointed out that the occurance of the intercept K 2 is due to the existance of P pairs and clusters in the matrix of the alloys of solid solution.
