非λ/4膜系冷光膜的研究及应用

DETERMINATION OF FOCUS ACCURACY AND ALGORITHM OF FOCUS FOR MICROSCOPE IMAGE SYSTEM

用非λ／４膜系的观点设计和制造了冷光膜，给出了非λ／４膜厚冷光膜的光谱反射率曲线，并成功地应用于冷光膜的生产．

A new focus method is presented. The focus accuracy is determined by cascade transfer function ( H 1*H 2) of microscope optical systems ( H 1) and camara optical system ( H 2). The noise of images is eliminated by homomorphic, and auto focus is then implemented quickly and accurately by the algorithm of maximum entropy.
