跨中线巨大颅骨海绵状血管瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性，36岁。因头顶部肿块进行性增大4年，伴轻微头痛6个月就诊。查体：头右顶部明显隆起，皮下有一巨大骨性肿块与颅骨相连，头皮色泽正常，温度稍高，无压痛，神经系统无阳性体征。X线片显示：右顶骨跨中线有大片的类圆形骨质破坏区，边缘整齐，其间可见放射状排列的纹理，颅骨血管压迹明显增粗（图1，2）。CT平扫示：右顶骨梭形的高密度病灶，向内压迫脑实质，CT值250Hu（图3）；
