脑膜髓系肉瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，28岁。近2年无明显诱因出现头痛，阵发性加重，伴左侧肢体间断性麻木，乏力，于2005年10月20日入院。神经系统检查示左侧半身浅感觉减退，左腱反射活跃，双病理征（＋）。头颅MRI检查示，左顶叶脑外占位性病变，陆膜弥漫性增厚（图1，2）。血常规检查：白细胞14．7×10^9／L．红细胞12．5×10^9／L，血小板445×10^9／L。
