摘要
介绍了综合利用高Al低P含量的清平磷矿废料的一种简单可行的办法.在焙烧清平磷矿废料的硫酸浸取液中加入硫酸铵,在酸性条件下,在常压及5℃的低温下,使铝铵钒(NH4Al(SO4)2·12H2O)大量结晶,从而导致P和Al分离.到目前为止,Al2O3的总浸取率在80%以上,其回收率在90%以上.最后,从残余Fe3+、Al3+和部分SO2-4被除去的滤液中,通过石灰水分步中和、沉淀,能得到合格的饲料磷酸氢钙和磷肥.
The alkaline phosphatase from anodonta woodiana heude were selectively modified by PMSF,DTT,PCMB,NBS,TNBS,SUAN,BrAc and IAc,after that the changes in their activities have been detected.It was found that the reaction of AKP with PMSF,NBS,TNBS,SUAN and DTT resulted in a strong inhibition of enzyme activities which decreased with the increase of modifier concentration.The activity of AKP with bromoacetic acid,iodoacetic acid and p chloromercuribenzoic acid have been no inhibition. Studies of inactivation of AKP by chemical modification demostrated that Ser,Lys and Trp residues are essential functional groups of the AKP.Partial disulfide bond are essential it also for the function of this enzyme.
