摘要 使用转炉多功能精炼法解决了福建三钢低铁水比脱磷率低的问题。将热力学计算与现场试验相结合,确定了该法的脱磷期控制温度范围。分析不同吹炼期影响脱磷反应的相关因素,确定了合适的炉渣碱度及(FeO)含量。控制结果表明,此法与常规冶炼工艺相比,不仅保证出钢磷含量满足了品种钢的要求,而且在钢水质量提高的同时大大降低了生产成本。 The porblems caused by low hot metal ratio and low dephosphorization rate was solved by multi-functional refining in converter at Fujian Sansteel. Based on thermodynamics and experiments, the temperature range for dephosphorization was obtained. The factors influencing on dephosphorization were analyzed and suitable slag basicity and (FeO) content in molten slag were determined. The results show such refining makes the end phosphorus content to meet the requirements for high quality steel, and product cost can be reduced.
