摘要
为了使用准稳态磁场引导电子束以实现高功率微波发生器运行在重复频率下,介绍了一种基于开关电源原理的全控型高稳定一秒螺线管磁场电源。其能量储存单元由分为4组的32个分子电容器串、并联组成,总电容量为16.8 F,输出电压最高500 V,总储能2.1 MJ;电容器组充电由4个独立的15 A直流电源完成,充电时间约5min;储存在电容器上的能量通过由IGBT组成的开关整流器向螺线管线圈释放。实验表明,螺线管线圈阻抗≤0.35Ω时,利用脉宽调制器控制磁场电流,磁场线圈电流变化<5%,螺线管线圈最大电流900 A。
A fully controlled power source for a one-second solenoid, which is based on the principle of switch source and used in the repetitive experiments of high power microwave source, is presented. The energy store system of the source whose total capacity of is 16. 8 F consists of 32 molecular capacitors connected in series in four stages. The molecular capacitors whose capacity is 2.1 F and the maximum withstand voltage is 250 kV are imported from Russia. The maximum output voltage of the energy store system is 500 kV and the maximum total stored energy is 2.1 MJ. The energy store system is charged from four independent 15 A DC sources. The charging time is about 5 min when the charged voltage of the energy store system is 500 kV. The stored energy is switched to solenoid via switching current regulator assembled from IGBT's whose parameters are (1 200 V, 1 200 A). When impedance of the solenoid coil is not higher than 0.35 Ω, controlling the transistor switch with PWM (pulse width modulator)-controller allows a decrease in the solenoid current less than 50%, and the maximum solenoid current is 900 A. The power source basically satisfies the needs of the high power microwave generator.
