摘要
研究了在具有弧齿锥齿轮啮合条件下转子振动特性的分析方法。以某传动弧齿锥齿轮啮合的转子系统为对象,研究了螺旋角、齿轮旋转方向、支承刚度等因素对转子及传动锥齿轮的不平衡响应及初始弯曲响应的影响,得到了有指导意义的结论。文中采用的计算方法和程序经过实验和精确解考核,具有较高的精度。
The method for analysing the vibration behavior of the rotor with the engagement of spiral bevel gears is studied in this paper.Taking this rotor system as the model,the research is aimed at the influences of some factors,i.e.the spiral angle,the rotating directions of the gears and the stiffness of the supporters,on the unbalance response and the initial bending response of the rotor and transmitting gears,and some instructive conclusions are obtained.The comparison between the results and exact solutions or experimental result indicates that the method and programme adopted in this paper have a satisfactory accuracy.
