摘要
从原因归类研究和根本成因研究两个方面对矿难频发的成因做了梳理,并就矿难频发的法律治理研究做了综述。为深入开展本领域研究奠定基础,也为决策者选择根治矿难路径提供参考。
This article summarizes the classification causes and the fundamental cause of colliery accident, and the rule of law of colliery accident as well. It can be the base of deep research on this field, and can be used for reference by policy-decider to eliminate colliery accident.
