摘要 本文建立了一套钢铁企业的可持续发展指标评价体系,并利用ANP法求得了指标体系的权重。结果表明,企业的经营能力对钢铁企业可持续发展的贡献占有最大比重(0.3453),其它贡献度排序依次为企业资源利用能力、企业创新能力和企业环保能力。在企业的经营能力中,增长因素对可持续发展指标的贡献度最大,然后是规模因素及效率因素。从单项指标排序来看,排在前面5位的依次为吨钢综合能耗(0.0633)、吨钢钢铁料消耗(0.0626)、吨钢矿石消耗(0.0512)、吨钢耐火材料消耗(0.0474)及技术投入资金规模(0.0546)。可以看出,制约钢铁企业可持续发展的关键,在于企业的资源利用能力。文章为钢铁企业可持续发展的评价提供了新的思路,具有一定的参考价值。 This paper introduces a new method-analytic network process (ANP) to establish a new evaluation index system, analyses influences and independences between the indexes. There by enhanced the feasibility and reasonability of index weights. The results show the management capacity in the iron and steel enterprises holds the maximum proportion to contribution of the sustainable development (0. 3453). Other contribution arrangements are in turn the enterprise resource utilization, business innovation and environmental protection capacity. In enterprise's management capacity, the growth factor is biggest to sustainable development target contribution, and then is the scale factor and the efficiency factor. From the individual index rankings, standing in the front five, in order, comprehensive energy consumption for every tonne of steel (0. 0633). Metric tons of steel material consumption (0. 0626), metric tons ore consumption (0. 0512), metric tons of fireproof material consumption (0. 0474) and the scale of investment in technology (0. 0546). We can see that the constraint of steel enterprises as a key to sustainable development lies in the enterprise resource utilization capacity. The article has provided the new mentality for the iron and steel enterprise sustainable development appraisal has the certain reference value.
