摘要
本文介绍了作者及其领导的课题组在胜任特征模型建构的探索上的一些新的进展,特别介绍了作为胜任特征模型核心内容的领导行为的研究发现。另一方面,侧重介绍了近年来在一些企业事业单位建构胜任特征模型的一些新方法探索,并分析了不同方法的优劣,以及如何来解决胜任特征模型建立的实际困难,并对于未来研究和应用问题提出了自己的建议。
This paper introduced several new development in exploring of the construction of Competency Model conducted by the author and his work team, especially presented the research findings of leadership behav- ior, which is the core content of Competency Model. On the other hand, the author focused on introducing some new methods to construct Competency Model, which is developed from the empirical practice in enterprise and public institution. Moreover, the paper also compared the qualities of these varied methods and revealed how to solve the difficulties in practice. In the end, the author gave the suggestion on the future research and application problems.
