再论空间经济一体化与京津冀区域经济合作

Rethinking about the Spatial Economic Integration and the Regional Economic Cooperation of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

空间经济一体化是当今世界经济发展的客观趋势。京津冀区域经济合作是这一趋势在国内一定地理空间范围内的具体体现。作为我国环渤海经济圈这一第三增长极核心的京津冀地区的经济合作,虽经过20多年的磨合。但仍处在总体区域经济合作的初级阶段。以空间经济一体化为立足点,理顺相关环境,促使地域内各方加大改革力度、各展其长、加强融合,是推进京津冀区域经济合作走向深化的重要举措。

Spatial economic integration is the objective trend of the current world economic development. The regional economic cooperation of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is the specific form of the tendency in a certain domes- tic geographical space. Although experiencing more than 20 years＇ development, as the core of Ring - Bohai Eco- nomic Circle, the national third growth pole, the regional economic cooperation of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is currently in the primary stage of overall economic cooperation. Therefore, it′s important for strengthening economic cooperation in this area to rationalize relevant environment, step up efforts to reform, take advantage of their own specialty and strengthen interaction in all sides, based on spatial economic integration.
