摘要
本文通过X射线衍射分析、电子探针分析和摩擦磨损试验,分析了电沉积Ni-P-si_3N_4复合镀层的结构性能和磨损特性,并比较了不同弥散微粒的影响。结果表明,在油润滑条件下,复合镀层中的Si_3N_4微粒在支承载荷的同时,有利于边界润滑膜的形成,避免粘着磨损。同时由于Si_3N_4微粒本身具有的结构特征,提高了复合镀层的耐磨性能。
In this paper, the structure and wear characteristics of Ni-P-Si3N4Composite Electrodeposite were studied by means of friction and wear experiment, X-ray diffraction and EMPA techniques. The effect of different enveloped particles was compared. The results indicate that in the condition of oil lubrication, Si3N4particles in composite plating support load, in the means time, the formation of boundary lubrication film become easy and adhesion wear is avoided. And because of the structure characters of Si3N4particles, the antiwear ability of composite plating is increased.
