早期肠内营养对老年胆囊切除术后患者营养状况及康复的影响 被引量：1

摘要 胆囊切除术后有效的营养支持不仅能够提高机体免疫力，增加患者对手术创伤的耐受力，减少分解代谢，改善负氮平衡，而且能减少手术患者的并发症和病死率。本文对2002年1月至2006年10月间实施胆囊切除术，且无其他器官功能障碍、无内分泌代谢障碍的患者进行早期肠内营养支持的临床资料进行对比分析。
