摘要
研究了乙酸丙酮[HAcAc]改性的Pb-Ti系统的溶胶凝胶过程.实验表明由于乙酰丙酮的改性作用,反应生成PTAAPbTi(ACAc)2(ORe)4,水解后形成二聚体,不会进一步缩聚而凝胶。因此是稳定的溶胶前驱体。由此溶胶得到的薄膜在600℃即形成完全晶化的钛酸铅薄膜.
The sol- gel process of Pb-Ti system modified with acetylacetone has been studied by determination of 1H NMR and IR spectra. It is demonstrated that the modification with acetylacetone results in PTAA,i.e.,PbTi(AcAc)2(ORe)4. The sol is stable because a dimer structure is formed by the hydrolysis of the PTAA and the subsequent gelation process is prevented. The tetragonal PbTiO3 phase has crystallized for the thin films dip-coated from the precursor sol and heated at 600℃.
