An Application of Plasma Technique to Ramie Fabric Pretreatment

本文应用等离子体对苎麻织物进行染色前处理.实验表明,处理后可去除织物表面杂质,纤维表面性能发生变化,提高了苎麻织物吸湿性能和染色性能,并且降低能耗、缩短工艺时间,可取得比常规前处理工艺更为显著的效果.

In this paper, the plasma treatment prior to dyeing for ramie fabric is presented. Based on trials, after plasma pretreatment, impurities on fabric can be removed and surface properties of the fibre can be improved. In addition, compared with conventional pretreatment, the hygroscopicity and dyeing properties of treated fabric can be considerably increased, while energy consumption and process times can be greatly decreased.
