车前种子种苗分级标准的研究 被引量:17

摘要 通过田间试验,利用聚类分析法建立车前种子种苗的三级分级标准,结果表明车前一级种子的标准为:发芽率不低于87%、千粒重不低于0.68g、净度不低于98%,含水量不高于8.4%;二级种子质量标准为:发芽率不低于74.0%、千粒重不低于0.64g、净度不低于96%,含水量不高于8.7%;三级种子质量标准为:发芽率不低于62.0%、千粒重不低于0.60g、净度不低于94%,含水量不高于9.2%。车前一级种苗的标准为:株高不低于16.70cm、根茎粗不小于10mm、根长不低于13.0cm,叶片数不少于4.5片,单株鲜重不低于15.0g;二级种苗的标准为:株高不低于14.10cm、根茎粗不小于7.0mm、根长不低于9.0cm、叶片数不少于3.5片,单株鲜重不低于11.0g;三级种苗的标准为:株高不低于10.50cm、根茎粗不小于5.0mm、根长不低于6.0cm、叶片数不少于3.0片,单株鲜重不低于8.0g。 There were founded by field experiments and by the use of K-means cluster analysis, and the results showed that the criteria of the l st-grade seeds were:germination percentage, at least 87 % ; 1 000-seed weight, at least 0.68 g; purity degree, at least 98 %; and water content, at most 8.4 % ; the criteria of the 2nd-grade seeds were: germination percentage, at least 74 % ; 1 000-seed weight, at least 0.64 g; purity degree,at least 96% ; and water content,at most 8, 7% ; the criteria of the 3rd-grade seeds were:germination percentage, at least 64% ; 1000-seed weight, at least 0.60g; purity degree, at least 94% ; and water content, at most 9.2 %. The resuits also showed that the criteria of the lst-grade seedlings were:height of plant,above 16.70 cm; root stock width,above 10 mm; root length, above 13.0 cm; average leaf number, above 4.5 leaves; fresh weight of one plant, above 15.0g; the criteria of the 2nd-grade seedlings were: height of plant,above 14.10cm; root stock width, above 7mm; root length, above 9.0cm; average leaf number, above 3.5 leaves; fresh weight of one plant, above 11.0g; the criteria of the 3rd-grade seedlings were: height of plant, above 10.50cm; root stock width,above 5mm; root length,above 6.0 cm; average leaf number,above 3 leaves; fresh weight of one plant, above 8.0g.
