名中医牙痛医案63例中药配伍及方证对应规律分析

The regularity of the compatibility and corresponding prescriptions with syndrome of treating toothache with TCM In 63 case of famous practitioner of Chinese medicine about toothache on publication

目的:探讨牙痛治疗的中药配伍及方证对应规律。方法:收集已出版发行的名中医牙痛医案,采用关联规则和链接分析方法进行统计,数据分析在SAS9.1.3软件上进行。结果:四诊信息与中药、病因与中药、证候与中药之间有对应规律,中药链接分析显示牙痛治疗有两个核心组方,以浙贝母、赤芍、连翘、金银花、蒲公英、菊花为第一核心中药组方,石膏、知母、生地黄、牛膝、牡丹皮为第二核心中药组方,两组方与牙痛的中医治疗理论非常吻合。结论:采用关联规则、链接分析能较好的挖掘牙痛医案中的中药配伍规律和方证对应规律。

Objective ：To probe the regularity of the compatibility and corresponding prescriptions with syndrome of treating toothache with TCM . Method： collecting medicine record of famous practitioner of Chinese medicine about toothache on publication, then using analytical method of association and link analysis to statistics and carrying out on SAS9.1.3. Result; there are correspondenee regulation between four kinds of imforrnation from TCM with TCM, between cause of disease with TCM, between syndrome with TCM. Showed tow cores prescriptions of treating toothache to by Link analysis of TCM. The first of cores prescriptions contains with thunberg fritillary bulb, red peony root, forsythia suspense, flos lonicerae, dandelion, chrysanthemi flos. the second contains with eypsmn fibrosum,anemarrhenae,rehmannia dride rhizome, achyranthis radix, moutan cortex. The tow cores prescriptions is accord with the theory of TCM about treating with toothache. Conclusions： Using association and link analysis could better excavate the regularity of the compatibility and corresponding prescriptions with syndrome of TCM on medicine record of toothache.
