摘要
课题组通过对全区多所民汉中小学教师的调查访谈,获取我区校本培训开展情况的第一手资料,结合我区教育信息化现状,提出了如何利用信息化手段来提高全区中小学校本培训质量的几点思考。
After an extensive survey study of many Ethnic and Chinese school teachers in the region, the project team was able to obtain important first hand information on how to develop the School- Based-Teacher-Training program, and proposed a few ideas on how to integrate information to improve＆nbsp;the quality of the region＇s＆nbsp;training program, based on current integration of information in the region＇s Education system.
