认知保留与阿尔茨海默病

摘要 认知保留学说认为个体在处理神经病理能力方面存在着个体差异,有更大的认知保留能力个体患认知缺损或者临床AD的风险性更小。包括教育、职业和业余生活不同的生活暴露可增加保留能力以阻止AD病理,个体的CR可以通过某些系统性的暴露或者干预得到增加,这将导致对于减低AD进展危险的非药物方法产生。本文简要介绍了认知保留学说并对其近几年的研究进展作一综述。
