老年男性雄激素受体基因CAG重复序列长度多态性与代谢综合征的关系 被引量:3

Association between the CAG repeat polymorphism in the androgen receptor and metabolic syndrome in aging men

摘要 目的:分析中国汉族人群雄激素受体(AR)基因CAG长度多态性与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法:选取400名年龄60~90岁的老年男性,测定其血脂、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素水平(FINS),测量身高、体重、腰围(WC)、血压,并采用PCR法测定外周血AR基因CAGSTR重复序列长度,根据其AR基因CAG重复次数(>22或≤22)分为长AR基因组及短AR基因组,比较两组间各指标的差异。结果:CAGSTR重复次数介于16~38间,平均23.1。短AR基因组(SAR)的体重指数(BMI)、WC、FBG均显著高于长AR基因组(LAR)(P<0.05),而HDL显著低于LAR(P<0.01)。而SAR与LAR间代谢综合征的患病率无显著差异(χ2=2.955,P=0.086)。相关分析显示,CAGSTR重复次数与HDL-C正相关(r=0.304,P<0.0001),相关关系独立于年龄、血压、腰臀比、WC、血脂、FBG、FINS、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、性激素水平等因素外(偏相关系数r=0.3056,P<0.0001)。结论:CAG重复次数与HDL-C水平呈正相关,但低CAG重复次数与代谢综合征的发病率无关。 Objective To explore the association between the A R gene CAG-STR polymorphism and the metabolic syndrome(MS) in Han nationality in China. Methods Four hundred men aged 60-90 yr were selected.Their serum lipids, fasting glucose and fasting insulin were measured, and their body height, weight, waist circumference and blood pressure were assessed. The length of CAG repeats in the peripheral blood AR gene was examined by PCR. Results The numbers of CAG repeats ranged from 16-38,with mean value 23.1. The mean body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and fasting glucose in the men with short AR(SAR)group was significantly higher than that in the men with long AR(LAR) group(P〈0.05),but HDL in SAR group is significantly lower than that in the LAR group(P〈0.01). The prevalence of MS in the two groups has no significantly difference (X^2=-2.955,P=0.086). Correlation analysis showed the numbers of CAG repeats positively correlated with serum levels of HDL(r=0.304,P〈0.0001 ), which independent of the influence of age, blood pressure,waist hip ratio, waist circumference, lipid,fasting glucose, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR and sex hormones level (partial r=0.3056,P〈0.0001). Conclusions Fewer CAG repeats are associated with lower HDL,but do not increase the risk of MS incidence.
